Inclusive Coaching Education
Participate in the Study
We are seeking coaching professionals to contribute to a university research study focused on inclusive practices for athletes with hidden disabilities and neurodivergent traits. Your unique perspectives are critical for developing evidence-based education that fosters coaching confidence and accessibility across all levels of sport.

Eligibility Criteria
Professional Coaching
Actively coaching within an organized sport environment at the youth, collegiate, or professional level with a minimum of one year of experience.
Developmental Focus
Interest in expanding pedagogical methods to support neurodivergent athletes and individuals with hidden neurological disabilities through evidence-based research.
Study Requirements
Participants will complete pre- and post-questionnaires, quizzes, and all module sections. Total time is approximately 3 hours; you may save progress and return later. Eligibility requires being 18+ and proficient in English.

Baseline Assessment
Online Modules
Final Evaluation
Complete a preliminary survey regarding your current coaching practices and understanding of neurodivergent traits in sport settings.
Engage with evidence-based education modules covering communication strategies and practical adaptations for inclusive coaching environments.
Partake in a concluding assessment to measure shifts in coaching confidence, knowledge, and perceptions following the educational intervention.

Before You Participate
Time Commitment
The curriculum features 9 modules, 1 assessment, and 1 quiz both before and after the units, ending with a qualitative form. Total time: up to 3 hours.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must be an active sports coach with 1+ year of experience, aged 18 or older, and possess full proficiency in written English.

All research data is anonymized and stored securely in accordance with university ethics committee guidelines and data protection regulations.
